Boat and RV Storage Terms and Conditions
 

General Terms
 

By using our boat and RV storage services, you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the Customer and the Service Provider (the "Company") and ensure a safe and smooth storage experience.



 

 Safety Guidelines

• Proper Equipment: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their boats or RVs are in good working condition before being stored. This includes making sure that all fuel tanks are empty, tires are deflated (for RVs), and no hazardous materials are left onboard.

• Insurance: Customers are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage on their vehicles while in storage. The Company is not responsible for any damage to or loss of the boat or RV.

• Fire Safety: No flammable or hazardous materials may be stored in or around the vehicle. The storage area is subject to fire safety regulations, and any violations may result in immediate removal of the vehicle from the premises.

• Pest Control: The Customer agrees that their boat or RV is free from pests (e.g., rodents or insects) before storage.​

Payment Terms

• Rates: Storage fees are based on the size and type of the vehicle (boat or RV). Rates are provided upon request and may be subject to change with prior notice to the Customer.

• Payment Method: Payments are due monthly, quarterly, or annually as agreed upon in the storage contract. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

• Late Payment: A late fee will apply if payment is not received within 5 days of the due date. If payment is not received within 30 days, the Company reserves the right to remove the vehicle from storage and/or initiate legal proceedings to recover the outstanding balance.

• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for unused storage time. If the Customer chooses to terminate the contract early, any remaining payments are non-refundable.

 

Security

• Access to Storage Facility: The Company provides secure access to the storage facility during designated hours. Customers will be given a unique access code to enter the storage area.

• Security Measures: The storage facility is equipped with surveillance cameras, perimeter fencing, and lighting to ensure the security of all stored vehicles. However, the Company is not responsible for theft or vandalism of the boat or RV.

• Locking of Vehicle: Customers are responsible for securing their boat or RV with a lock and securing any valuable items inside their vehicle. The Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

 

Deposits

• Deposit Requirement: A refundable deposit may be required to secure your storage space. The amount of the deposit will be specified in the storage agreement.

• Refund of Deposit: The deposit will be refunded upon termination of the storage agreement, provided the vehicle is removed in the same condition as it was received, and all fees are paid in full. The Company reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit to cover any damages, unpaid fees, or cleaning costs.
